[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Internet usage incorrectly charged by Tata DoCoMo

This is to bring to your attention that I have not used Internet on my
mobile no [protected] ever...yet my bill charges debited against internet is
almost 956 Rs...I had given a request for waiving off the internet
charges in customer care and had received a call from customer care stating that this will
not be waived off..
However after convincing them that I have never used internet on my mobile
no and that my bill never actually crossed even Rs 60 till now and have
always genuinely paid my bills on time, they told me that they will recheck
again and call me back..
After this they closed my complaint directly stating that internet charges will not be waived off.

I need your help in waiving off the internet charges as these are not utilized by me..

There has been another incident on my mobile [protected]. I received a message from there end stating that my unbilled amount for Aug-16 is 1304. whereas i did not use the same. When i called they told that this message was sent erroneously. Request you to please look into this seriously as i am completely frustrated these unbilled charges(July-16 charges being approx 1100 and Aug-16 charges being approx 1300 ) and also by calling again and again and receiving no positive response from their end.

We tried to speak to you personally on your number regarding billing. However, the same was not possible as the call was disconnected from your end. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that, we have initiated your concern and found that billing has been done as per the usage made and selected bill plan. No billing discrepancy has been found. Hence, billing adjustment is not applicable. Kindly note that your unbilled usage is Rs. 24.96/-.
