Tata Docomo — Invalid charges for my prepaid account | |||
Hi, I have recharged a 3G data pack for Rs. 499, which has a 2 GB of 3G data.Talktime : Rs. 500. Validity : 60 Days. Its nowhere mentioned that "Post Free Data Usage Charges - 10p/10Kb", so can you start charging me once my free data got over. You should have stopped my internet data service instead. I called Tata Docomo customer care executive, who told me that my free data got over yesterday (7 May 1979) at 9.52 pm and then after I was charged Rs. 328/- for using 32MB data, which is 10p/10kb. I want to know, if your online recharge voucher of Rs. 499/- does not mention post free data usage charges, then how can you deduct my balance? This has happened thrice since my past recharges of Rs 499. I am attaching a screenshot of online recharge options for your reference. I have been following up with Tata docomo customer care over emails, but every time they are saying it's correctly charged. I am filing this complaint because they have not mentioned the post free data usage charges on their official site, but still how can they deduct from my account balance.
