[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — invalid credit for a recharge and then pathetic customer service.

Address:Vadodara, Gujarat

The plan says on 999 get full talktime and 3GB 3G data for 3 months. But On recharge of 999 rs I didnt get full TT or any data. Please look into it urgently. dont understand what are you talking about normal mode and special mode recharge. The *123# displays the 999 offer and dont mention any normal or special recharge. Kindly apply the 999 recharge benefit or revert the transaction. called customer service; The guy simply denied registering complaint and hung the phone... what the heck is this to treat own customer ????? [protected].
