[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Invalid Deduction of Balance | |||
My number is [protected] and I am TATA Docomo customer and retaining with it since last 3 Years. In midnight 25-Sep 2014 at 1:28 AM I received SMS stating that Devotional Portal-Anmol is activated at Rs50 for 60 days. Dial 53737 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). Bal Rs.255.70 at 25-Sep-14 01:28AMREF ID is 16158074 However my number is registered in DND, and also I have not requested to activate any such service. This is a recurrent issue from TATA Docomo, and I have also complained earlier regarding this issue in past. Please solve the problem, and refund the amount deducted.
