Tata Docomo — Irrational policies & lying customer care executives

Hello sir/madam
This complain is regarding the senseless policies i have come across in your service.On 12-06-14 i had recharged my number with RC149 and was told that i will receive 1.5GB of 2G data-tranc ID [protected].
the same evening, i had to download something important and subscribed to the daily 3G pack for RS 8.
the next day, to my surprise i see that my account is only allowed a free download of 20MB. On talking to the customer care executive on 13-06-14 i was told that this would be rectified and 1.5GB would be debited to my account. It still hasn't happened and is frustrating to notice that i am unable to talk to your customer care either. resolve this issue at the earliest.
