Tata Docomo — Irresponsible service | |||
Hi, Tata tele services have sent us a notice regarding the net balance. But when i saw the notice i was shocked that the photon number did not belong to us .So i went to head office and saw all documents and the shocking things were. 1)THE PHOTO THEY REGISTERED WAS NOT MINE. 2)THE ADDRESS PROFF (ELECTION CARD)WAS DIFFERENT FROM BILLING ADDRESS . THE ADDRESS PROFF HAD DIFFERENT NAME AND THE PHOTON NUMBER WAS REGISTERED IN DIFFERENT NAME EVEN PHOTO IN IT. 3)HOME VERIFICATION WAS NOT DONE. But the person using this number in our name .
