[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Legal notice for waived off fees | |||||
I had a Tata Docomo broadband connection in 2014. Account number[protected]. In April 2014 I was told I had to pay 4987, outstanding, even though I had stopped the connection in Dec 2014. I still went ahead and paid 3000 as the executive I talked to gave me a waiver of 1987. I have this in mail. In March 2016 I received another mail saying I had to pay 1987 or I will have legal proceedings started against me. So I called again and this time they told me to pay 950 and the account will be closed and this will considered my full and final amount. Today, 27th May 2016 I got another mail saying legal proceedings will be started against me if I do not pay 947. I believe I have been harassed enough. They has sent a number to contact - Radhika. This lady was rude, angry and screamed at me and cut my phone multiple times. I need a solution to this. I have been disturbed and harassed by these people for the longest time and I want them to stop doing this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I was contacted by their customer service person. She was helpful and polite and she followed up with me for 2 days regularly.
But then she was out of touch for almost 15 days. When finally I managed to get in touch, it seemed their email addresses had undergone a change.
But Then finally it did get through, the legal department came through with their approvals, and my fees was waived off.
I hope I will not get any more mails from them :) Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Now your e-mail addresses have gone bad. I am getting message delivery failure to the email I was chatting with till 10 days back. And no one has called from your side to take up this matter further. Someone called jyoti called and the last update was 10 days back, to wait for 2 more days. Pathetic service
Their policies are as pathetic, you are lucky the u exit safely .. worse money centric policies !!
