Tata Docomo — Less balance credit in my account

I am recharging with 398 combo pack which has 398 full tt and 1gb 3g data. But i have received only 325 balance in my acc. I received a message from site that 325 balance. customer care neglect my call and firstly hold then cut the call. Please resolve the issue otherwise i am complant in consumer forum
