Tata Docomo — Less talk time for online recharge | |||
I have recharged my mob no-[protected] for Rs 350/= on 28.10.2014 @ 21:52:34pm through internet recharge. TATA DOCOMO site was showing talk time of Rs 400/= on recharge of Rs 350/= but i got only Rs 311.50. When I contacted customer care representative on 30.10.2014 @ 08:45am, they were unable to explain and suggested to lodge complain. Request you to look into the matter and arrange to credit remaining balance to my mob account. Was this information helpful? | |||
