[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Lost internet data without use. | |||
i am using tata docomo prepaid connection and i activated internet data pack of 1 GB but for Saturday means 28/3/2015 when i using internet the data balance it was more than 500 MB and after that my work i turned off my mobile data and remains balance displayed more than 400MB but on next day morning i checked the balance it was only about 100 MB. really i shocked while checking data bal and i lost about 300 MB in my data bal without used the internet also without using the mobile so how could it possible to lost??? really the tata docomo providers are cheating to such customers and providing hell services to us... i want everything details about my data usage from 28/3/2015 to 30/3/2015 so plz immediately register my complaint and revert me back...
