Tata Docomo — Lost SIM deactivation

Hi, This is harish, I have lost my sim before 3to6 months which was in my sister's name that is Shewtha.n.v before 3to6 months ..I tried deactivating sim through customer care but did not get response properly..so please deactivate the sim.
