[Resolved] Tata Docomo — low speed due to high utilization area

i am getting very less speed since 3 months and every time i called the customer care they told me that this problem is temporary and is due to high utilization in your area and saying that it is a portable device u can use it in another area
the company cannot commit at least the minimum speed mentioned in the plan. they are not even ready to register complain and there is no deadline when this problem will be resolved. i have been suffering from three months. is there any solution to this problem or the company will keep on making false promises and fooling the customers
