[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Main balance deduction for unessary services | |||
Tata docomo has tie up with unnecessary information alert service providers which deducts main balance without confirmation of the user. These alert service provider gives their advertisements on other sites and some popup window(containing incomplete information) get opened, now if we close the window either using cancel or close button they assume you have subscribed their services and main balance get deducted. This is very bad way of giving paid unnecessary services to the users without user's confirmation. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 25, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I call at tata docomo customer care number and described about alert service and then they cancelled the service and refund the balance Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
