Sir/Madam, I had registered a complaint vide ID number 1401899 on 12 October 2016. I was received a call from company repersantative on 13 October 2016. In between I had received some massages from company, stating that they were unsuccessful to contacting me. I am agree that the mobile connectivity of Tata Docomo is poor at my home and my work place. I am also enable to receive call between 7.30 AM to 4 PM due to my service commitment (Army Job).
