[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Misbehave and wrong bill

Hi, I am a Tata Docomo mobile phone customer. I am wrongly billed on my post paid connection ([protected]). I don't use Tata Docomo for Internet use as I have my 3g SIM and dongle form different provider. I called customer care they were rude and didn't help me to get the waiver on my bill. They are forcing me to pay a wrong inflated mobile bill. I am willing to pay for the voice call and SMS if I have made any might be one or two in a month., but not the charge for wrong Internet charge. I have raised a complaint and still no one from the team have helped me again Sinu from the customer care team have shouted at me was rude with me on the call and even call me liar and hangup my call and denied to take my complaint. I am helpless need help
