[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — MNP Deactivated

Hi, We have two Idea post paid numbers. ( [protected] and [protected]).In month of July 2014, My father have used MNP service and convert above both numbers from Idea post paid to Tata Docomo prepaid. From July 2014, we used both numbers as prepaid numbers also we have recharged both numbers twice till August 2014. But suddenly out going service of both numbers are stopped. And on 20th August 2014 in coming service is also blocked without any intimation. For your information we have already paid last month bill of Idea on 11 August 2014. But still both numbers are blocked. I have visited Tata docom and Idea showrooms many times but i didnt get any satisfactory response from both. We are using above both numbers from last 2-3 years. Hence I request you to please re-activate above both numbers as soon as possible.
