Tata Docomo — My company sim is allocated to other without any notice to us | |||||
We hold a GSM connection bearing number [protected]. The number was not under use for a while, and today when I tried to use it, its already in deactivated state. Upon contacting the customer care, I came to know that the number is allocated to someone else. There was no communication in regard to disconnection of my sim. It was a shocker for us to know this news. The same number is communicated to many of our clients. and also on our business websites. Now the team is saying it cannot be possible to get the same number back. I need an immediate attention and action from Docomo to resolve this issue. We would like to inform you that before disconnection of the SIM SMS will be sent to the customers regarding non usage prior 1 week itself.
Kindly note that the services of the mobile number is permanently disconnected in prepaid on dated 28-NOV-2015 10:02AM due to Non Usage for greater than 180days, as there is no balance of Rs.20/- and I am unable to reactivate the same number.
