[Resolved] Tata Docomo — neither canceling my post paid connection, nor migrating to prepaid even request is made | |||
from 1 month i have been asking for migration of my post paid connection to prepaid and requested for the same but the tata docomo people closed my request without notifying me and not migrating my sim instead they started generating bills. then After paying off the bills when i asked for cancellation of number they say the migration request is open. Now they are neither taking my cancellation request nor migrating post paid to prepaid. Every day i am calling customer care and they are telling different reasons and without usage they are generating bills. I think the intention is not correct i need a help. i want to know how i can go to consumer court and file a case on these people Was this information helpful? | |||
