Please note that i have continues complains in toll free number regarding net connection is not working last 5 - 6 days but your representative were not given proper reply. 1. Now latest complain no.[protected] dated 19/08/2015 at 19:12 p:m. 2. Request for terminate our service no.[protected] dated 20/08/2015 at 10:15 a:m. I have further added that i had already paid last bill from 13/07/2015 to 12/08/2015. My outstanding is nil & my account is clear so you are requested to please terminate my internet service with immediate effect due to your representative were very careless, irresponsible and your service is also worst. I have not payment paid after 13/08/2015 due to your service is very worst and net speed is zero. I have shocked because of this type of staff & worst services. Thanking you,
