My complaint details arehi! Your prepaid balance related complaint for no. [protected] has been registered with reference number pbr12369504. We will update you by 10-may-16 10:33:03. As i done multiple net recharge of 5 & 119 rs recharge nut no one is active amount get deducted from my bank account, so pls refund my amount.

Pls verify the problem and resolve them
I have taken sim long back but suddenly it got blocked why please resolve the same soon I need the same no must
Request you to deactivate my SIM card that is lost . My SIM Card number [protected].
Bill Paid But still No blocked and Security deposit not refunded
No [protected] is blocked due to unknown reason and without giving me prior information

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. We would like to inform you that a complaint regarding data balance depletion concern which was registered vide docket number PBR12369504 has been closed stating that your data balance of RC 119 3G was lapsed with RC 5 2G offer and the same cannot be refunded.
