[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Network problem | |||
I am live in v.p.o baliyali, teh . bawani khera distt. Bhiwani. Pin code 127032, My contact no is [protected], in my village tata docomo have too much network problem. Many times calling problem. In village have only 2g network not 3g. That 2g network also not work properly. And when we want to make complaint by dailing customers care no. .198 they don't make any complaints. In this regards, we would like to inform you that, this might be happening because of multiple sessions which runs in background or multiple sites browsing at the same time. However, we would request you to. 1. Delete Temporary internet files from browser. 2. Clear cookies and Cache. 3. In case if you are using Smart phone, free your phones memory by moving apps and, pictures and music files to External SD card 4. Under Handset settings, Please select Mobile network settings > WCDMA/GSM for 3G Speed internet. 5. Restart the phone after doing the above.
