Tata DoCoMo Network — Very Low internet speed And Very Poor response | |||
Dear Sir, This is THEIVA RAJ.A. I'm using Tata Docomo pospaid mobile Network. My number is [protected]. i use 2GB Internet pack. i'm getting very low speed Internet connection when i use. Initially they assured me Internet speed of 30 t0 40 kbps for this pack. but after using this pack i get only 5 to 8 kbps. Even i can't open home page. In last month After this issue i complaint to the TATA DOCOMO customer care and tata docomo.listen.com. There is no proper response.After that again i have complaint for this issue on 15'th June. That time one floor supervisor attend my complaint. But she scold me bad words. Still now i did n't get any solution for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
