[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — New sim activation problem

I have purchased new sim on saturday 01/03/2014, but it is still not activated, shopkeeper is not responding well, before 48 hrs ago he told me that tele varification is left it will done with in 48 hrs, but after that he told me that my reference contact is not receiving their call on 03/03/2014.Please do something for me.
