Tata Docomo — no internet balance with 253...only talktime

Case Details : I recharged my DOCOMO number [protected] with Mrp.Rs.253 having offer full talk time..N 1GB 3G data...on 9-4-2014 .. Got talk time but no 3G net balance...yet waiting for 1GB data or Rs.153 which I additionally used for 1GB data, due to non receipt of data Balance. As I was having urgent work on Internet.

not satisfiede with ur sollution with answer... customer has to do nothing with ur normal n special recharege...
so must get data benefit or Rs.153 refunded... is there any process of recharge reversal...if there then plz inform me...
