[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not allowing me for MNP(Mobile Number Portability) | |||
I have been a trustworthy customer of Tata Docomo since the last 3 years. Recently due to their poor network and internet connectivity as well as lack of 3G connection in my region, I wanted to port out of Docomo to BSNL but its been some days and when the process did not get complete and I enquired the same from BSNL, they said that Docomo people are not allowing for the porting to take place. I am mentally harassed due to this and even though I lodged complaints, i did not receive any favourable results. I would like you to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
