Tata Docomo — Not approving mobile portability request | |||
Sirs, I am using tata DoCoMo post paid connection [protected], I want to switch over to other network, I have requested two times to approve my mobile portability, but both the times they are rejected though I did a regular follow ups in customer care with out notifying my knowledge. In this regards we would like to inform you that your port out request has been rejected due to port code mismatch and not received any request from desire operator. Hence, we request you to start the MNP process again.
