As per our discussion over call, please be informed that we have already registered the complaint regarding network on 18-SEP-2014 vide docket number[protected] and the same has been closed stating that DSLAM UP after fibre cut restoration. Hence complaint has been closed.

Now. this is irritating.
I got a call from Tata on 20th Sep saying the fibre cut has been resolved and my issue is fixed. i had asked the representative to hold the line so that i can check. i was still getting a lower speed so i had told the representative that the issue is NOT FIXED.
Even at this moment i'm not getting the speed as promised.
Not resolving an issue even after 19days in itself is irritating, On top of a comment saying the compaint is CLOSED is even more irritating.
i'm kind of fed-up following up with you guys. !!
