[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not Migrating from Post Paid to Pre Paid [protected] | |||
Hi, I am Manoj, My Mobile Number is [protected]. I get the request from Docomo to migrate from Post Paid to Pre Paid on May 10th, My request number is[protected]. After getting, i submitted all the necessary docoments in Tata Docomo Store - Thoraipakkam. Still there is no migration, if i called customer care, they are again asking me to submit the Documents, we didnt receive any documents from store. But i saw, the documents was moved from the Docomo store to the Office, now they are playing with me. They are not migrating my sim.Pls help me to get migrated from Post Paid. Thanks, Manoj.
