Tata Docomo — Not refunding recharge money | |||
I have tata docomo number [protected] and i want to recharge it with 119 rs. but by mistake the recharge has been done to [protected], the shop keeper told customer care for refunding the balance for wrong recharge, but customer care said that, it is not possible, so i was paid again 119 rs for same recharge. so pls refund my money to my number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that, as per our records the recharge of RC 119 on[protected] at 07:14PM was done for mobile number and not on mobile number shared by you. We presume the recharge was inadvertently done by you, on another number. We regret that we shall not be able to reverse the recharge.
