[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not satisfied with their services | |||
Last month i was portability in other network but tata docomo customer care executive call me and offer me new plan and he said my next bill not more than 350 rupee but my bill generated 451 rupee. I m asking how it is but they not respond me any clarification and not received my cal.. And also they not respond my registered complaints. I'm also many complaints registered related to my bill and current offering plan in last month but they not taking any action or any other response. I have need to clarification on their side. I am using the phone with no. [protected].from last 6 months my phone is not working.so I want to disconnect my phone immediately.in last two months my phone worked only two or three times.so I want to disconnect my phone.
