Tata Docomo — NOT USE OF MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE FOR RECHARGE OF RS. 199 PACK

MANY TIMES I HAVE RECHARGE THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE OF RS. 199 PACK FROM MY MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE BUT LAST 2-3 MONTHS THEY REFUSES TO DO IT. THEY SAID YOU CAN NOW RECHARGE IT FROM RETAILER. MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY I CAN NOT USE MY MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE FOR RECHARGE WHEN I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUND IN MY ACCOUNT.

We regret to inform you that, as of now there is self mode recharge (USSD) code for the selected recharge option of RC199, hence We request you to recharge through retailer in a special mode or through online from our official website in order to avail the complete benefits. However, you can select pay by mobile balance option in order to recharge from main balance through online from our official website www.tatadocomo.com.

For your convenience, We are attaching a link here wherein you can recharge your number online. To recharge online, open -www.tatadocomo.com. Choose ""online-recharge"" option & enter the relevant voucher details to recharge online by debit / credit card or net banking facility.

BUT IN THAT WAY I CAN NOT USE MY MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE & ONE ANOTHER COMPLAINT FROM YOUR SIDE. ON DATED 23.02.2015 I HAVE RECHARGE OF RS. 89 FOR 3G DATA PACK 350MB & VALIDITY 14 DAYS. MY PREVIOUS 3G DATA BALANCE BALANCE ABOUT 100 MB WHICH IS NOT ADD TO MY DATA. I HAVE TRIED TO COTACT CUSTOMER CARE FROM YESTERDAY BUT ALL THE TIME THEY SHOW LINE BUSY. WHEN I CONTACT WITH ANOTHER NUMBER THEY RECIEVE CALL. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU PEOPLE DOING. YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE REPLIED WE HAVE ADDED THE DATA. SO I REQUESTED KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE DETAIL OF DATA ADDED & USES OF THIS DATA. THANKS I HOPE U DID WELL OTHERWISE I HAVE NO OPTION REMAIN TO PORT MY ALL THREE NUMBERS.
