[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Offer not given after RC & worst customer service

My no. [protected] I got a message saying that " 25Paise! 25Paise! Rs29 ke Rchg pe Sabhi Local+STD [protected]@25p/m+Rs20TT AUR Rs18 ke Rchg pe Sabhi Local [protected]@25p/m+rs10TT.Validity-30din.TT 48hrs mein credit hoga " So thing is that i recharge my no. on 10 october 2014 (thirsday) with Rs.29 in special mode amount is debited from my account and i got a confirmation message also from docomo side saying that " Hi! STV Recharge Successful . MRP Rs.29, Validity:30days, Local STD calls @ 25ps/min(1st [protected]@ 1p/s and next 35secs free in every min), " Now when i check it deduct more than 25Paise i check 2-3 times i called 35 secs, 40 secs and it deduct more than 25paise... Immidetaly i called docomo customer care and tell all these thing they are saying on your mobile there is no such offer activate i said transfer to the senior executive transfer call after 10 min. 1st of all docomo executive dont know the hold process they put me on mute again and again ...finally my call transfered to the senior manager name Vaibhav ...Now what the crap answer given by the TATA DOCOMO Senior Executive there is no such offer avaliable in docomo.and they hang my phone after 1 min disconnected from the tata docomo side and now when i tride to call automatically disconnect my phone ... SO this is very very poor service given by the tata docomo senior executive ... My concern is i recharge my no.and i want my offer this is 2nd time in a week i face problems from docomo side and their call center is not supportive

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that he recharge of Rs.499/- has been done successfully on your number on[protected] in normal mode therefore you are credited with the benefits as 444.11/- talk-time balance.

Kindly note that the recharge should be done through the retailer in a special mode to avail the exact benefits as the pack is a special tariff and once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated, refunded or converted to other offer and the same you have to wait till the pack expires.
