Tata Docomo — Online recharged failed

Hi I recharged on 21.08.2014 in my tata docomo number [protected] of Rs 252 and Rs 62 (special pack for roaming) through online money was deducted from my SBI account but recharged failed, but still i not got money returned in my account please retrun the money in account.

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have the recharge of Rs. 252/- has been done successful on[protected] with benefits as local outgoing roaming at 78p/minute, STD outgoing roaming at 90p/minute, incoming roaming at free with validity: 180 days.
