Tata Docomo — Ordered router and not delivered in TAT | |||
My account no with TATA DoCoMo is [protected]. I wanted to order a Wi-fi router on Friday morning i.e. 3rd Jul. First expert told me that I cannot order it with her and was hung-up. I called back and placed the order and was told to wait for 72 hrs. I requested several times to expedite it and was told to wait for 72 hrs. 72 hrs passed over this morning. I called-up again to know the status but was hung-upon. Called back and wanted to register a complaint and was again hung-upon. tried again and wanted to talk to a Supervisor and was put on hold for over 5 mins. I had to hung-up this time. Is this not a revenue leakage as I am ready to pay for this? Is this what customer service is? If yes, I would like to terminate these GOOD services. Was this information helpful? | |||

Recd a call from Enuf (Name of a male Complaint Manager) @ 1955 on 7th July. call recd from [protected] and was told that TATA cannot give me any router and I would have to buy one from market.
