[Resolved] Tata Docomo — overcharging by the TATA DOCOMO SERVICE PROVIDER | |||
Sir, I am a user of Tata Docomo mobile number [protected]. Recently i lost my SIM and went to the Tata office near clock tower Hoshiarpur to get the new sim issued. It was to my surprize that they demanded Rs 100/- for reissuing the SIM but as per the regulation they can charge only Rs 30/-. They may please be asked for the reasons for such behavior to the customer. Sorry to be the customer of such a non-ethical service provider. Regards, Baljit Was this information helpful? | |||
