I had complaint the tatadocomo customer care for bad signal for many times.company send the local service engineer he told "your signal very poor u must install antenna"
Again I call customer service " There no way to provide antenna" Then I told him please disconnect my number.
but company was no response my request.I was not use my dongle.
After 2 months company send payment sms me.Till date continuously Remainder sms came.
I pay the bill that was no issue but company was not response my complaint about bad signal past 2 months.Then how can I pay my bill.
Tata is wonderful man
This mush bad service was failure his name.Please do Necessary steps for my complaint.
I was mentally upset his torches.
