[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Phone's mic problem | |||
Complaint #[protected] //[protected]~~M20363004 I have registered a complaint by calling Tata Docomo Customer service. One of the tech visited (Rs 100 charged) & informed that there is fault in the device & it needs to be replaced. I bought this landline 7 months ago & the problem is since 1 month now. They says, they will give refurbished device as a replacement to the brand new phone. That refurbished phone did not even have numbers displayed on the keypad. If not the new phone, why dont Docomo repair my existing phone. I have paid for the new phone, why would I use the old phone. It is slot/mic problem as per the tech., it is such a small problem & Docomo is not repairing it. i am really very disappointed & following up on this since many days now. Please help.
