[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Photon Max Wi-Fi - Poor Service | |||
After introducing Photon Max WiFi, Tata DOCOMO service turned out to be too frustrating - Poor Signal Strength (less than 20%) - In Bangalore also, we are getting Photon Wiz ONLY, even though the service is of "Max WiFi" - Lots of disconnections - Wrong Internet Usage Details in "My Account" page When we raise a complaint, they take at least two days, even though they say that "We'll call you back within 4 Hrs" My Account details: Name: Pundaleek Photon No: [protected] Location: Bellandur (560103), Bangalore, Karnataka Complaints:[protected],[protected]in last 3 days) Thanks, Pundaleek Was this information helpful? | |||
