[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Poor customer support, slow 3g data speed

I have been a loyal tata docomo customer for more than three years and i never had such a bad experience with the customer care support like this before and never faced such a poor network service like this.Nowadays they are very arrogant and doesnt want to hear to customer complaints.Please take necessary action.

This complaint is not only for my slow speed but also for the poor customer support service.

I have a 3g network connection and my download speed is 7kbps avg and my maximum speed is 15kbps maximum for the past three days.I have complained several times from my number and from 3 of my friends mobile numbers but the third rated customer care service doesnt bother to accept this as a complaint and they refuse to register my complaint.If you need their name i can forward it to you.They just ask me to wait and without any reply they will disconnect the call.Do they think that we dont have any other work rather than complaining, If you network is good why should we complaint?Please try to understand your customer issues.

Should I raise this as a complaint or not?I need you advice.

Is there any QoS for 2g or 3g network unlike wired broadband connection regulated by TRAI?

Also I couldn't raise my complaint in your website.

I dont get any good support from the 198 service and it has become very cheap and treating their loyal customers very bad.

Mr.Elango Thambiah also moved the president assurance page.This shows how you support your customers.
