Tata Docomo — postpaid connection not disconnected even after cancellation request | |
HI,
My docomo no. [protected] is not been disconnected even after multiple cancellation request.I got a message stating the cancellation request has been resolved.But I am still getting monthly bills.
I have called customer care several times and I have not got any assistance.
Please close my connection asap and mail me a proper connection closure report with final summary.

As per our discussion over call, we would like to inform you that, the disconnection request is already raised for your Photon number [protected] on 20th May 2014 and the request number is[protected]. Please note that the connection was disconnected on 27th May 2014.
We have also found that there is no internet usage on your Photon number since 15th April 2014 & there is an amount of Rs. 999 due from your side. Be rest assured the same will be adjusted from our side in 48 hours.
