[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Prepaid sim order online not delivered yet | |||
I ordered a prepaid connection on 3rd August 2014 by paying an amount of Rs.251 through Credit Card. I scheduled an appointment on 9th August 2014 at 11:30 to 1pm. I did not receive delivery nor any calls regarding my order till 1pm. I called the e-shop customer care and the person told me to deliver the same within 2 hours. As expected I did not receive. Again I called at 3pm asking for same and they again assured me to deliver the same by the end of day. As expected I did not receive. Again I called them at 6pm and they told me that they cannot assure me that my order would be delivered today however, I will receive my order tomorrow morning. As expected I did not receive. Again I called them today at 11:30 am and they did not give me any assurance that i will receive the same today. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and till now i have not received any mail or sms regarding cancellation of my order.
