Tata Docomo — Promo before playing my caller tune | |||||
I'm a Tata Docomo GSM Postpaid customer, I've activated caller tune for a monthly rental of Rs.30/- and song selection charge of Rs.15/- I've activated this service for hearing my favorite songs to my callers, but now the complaint is the service provider are playing their Advertisement before my Caller Tune. Its (promo) approximate length is 7 secs. I want to stop this promo before my caller tune. I've complained regarding this in the customer care (121) but the are saying that its the rule of TRAI. As a customer am paying the rent for hearing the song, not to hear the promo of the service provider.
