Tata Docomo — Providing only 2kb to 4kb speed

Am doing the biggest Pack of TATA DOCOMO all time & till feb 10 I Don't have any issue.
On Feb 10 my net pack expired and did new pack of Rs 249 . but after that my speed goes to 2 KBPS to 4 KBPS.

I had Complianted on TATA DOCOMO customer care, but they are cutting my call after hearing the compliant. I tried for 5 days and the same Repeats. Please do anything. TATA DOCOMO customer care is also getting Worst.

Updated by Jacobkurian.in I tried 7 days for Complianting for my issue and its still not solved. Customer Care representatives always cutting the call after hearing my compliant. Today one Representative talked and he is saying he cant take it as a compliant, i don't know wats happening. Im a worth user of TATA DOCOMO for its service and Internet but now TATA DOCOMO is cheating.
