I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (Karbonn S5 titanium), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. My number is [protected].

I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (Redmi 1S), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. Dear Tata Docomo customer service team get rid of that dive in now messages asap. Its really irritating to 100 times cancel the pop up of dive in now. Pls note that we didnt give damn to your astrology, sport, music services.
