We would like to inform you that, usually there are multiple data sessions/applications are running in background at the same time, because of which you might be experiencing slow speed. I request you to kindly, 1. Delete Temporary internet files from browser. 2. Clear cookies and Cache 3. In case if you are using Smart phone, free your phones memory by moving apps, pictures and music files to External SD card 4. Restart the phone after doing the above. Further, we request you to reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo by going to the network settings option and change APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET. Kindly note that whenever the number o[censored]sers increases automatically the speed will be distributed equally to all users. If you still face the same kindly revert us for further proceedings. 1. Error Message: 2. E/G Symbol Status: 3. Problem since (no. of days): 4.
