Please start my Tata Docomo service . Mobile network not showing and displaying sim rejected my mobile no is [protected]. My mobile getting of due to no network. As soon as possible start service of Tata Docomo

From last 3 year I am not able to send SMS from my Tata Docomo prepaid card
I did complaint many time but they are not resolving my issue.
They said change SMS center number, after changing still not able to send SMS
also I change my handset for it but sill not solved it.
