[Resolved] Tata Docomo — real time usage bill is not produced | |||
Hi I am manjunath . my docomo corporate postpaid number is [protected]. Docomo has sent me sept 2014 bill of Rs 7757. Which i never made that much usage . my outgoing also barred from past 15 dayz. I sent so many mails to customer care & appellate to solve this issue. But no use till today. I requested for call back facility also but this also not happened. The bill amount of Rs 7757 is not real time usage bill. Please solve this issue. Arrange for call back facility from higher authority on my mob no. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
