Tata Docomo — Recharge of 500 not giving Talktime of 525 as mentioned in the website

I had recharged my mobile [protected] on 24 July with Rs.500(talk time Rs. 525). It's clearly mentioned on website that 500 recharge will give a Talktime of 525. On successful recharge I got an SMS confirmation that 500 recharge with 525 talktime was credited. But when I checked my balance, I had talktime of Rs.500 only. I called customer care, but they did not help me with this. I have attached the recharge tariff screenshot from Tata Docomo website for reference.
