[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Recharge of Rs 15 had deactivated my Rs 156 3G data plan | |||
Dear sir, I'm completely not satisfied with your service. My main complaint is I have recharged Rs 156 3g data plan to my tata docomo number on 5th may 2014 in the morning. In the evening I bought a 2ltrs pepsi bottle where I got Rs 15 free recharge from paytm for buying pepsi. I recharged it to tata docomo number but shockingly my previous recharge of 156 has deactivated and Rs 15 data plan had activated. When I called to your customer care they had said that I have to forget those Rs 156, this is just ridiculous.
