I tried to recharge on 25th Feb 2015 of 299/- rs.
Recharge was unsuccessful but my money got deducted.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that in case of failure transactions the debited amount will be credited to your bank account with in 5 to 7 working days and in case of any delay in refunds we request you to coordinate with the relevant bank in this regards.
